Shipping & Delivery Times
We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this number to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
